Ingredients
  

  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 medium size onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium size tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 medium size cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp butter softened at room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • To make toast, take the bread slices.
  • Spread butter evenly on bread slices. Butter must be soft so that it can be applied on slices.
  • Spread the chutney over the butter on one slice. The coriander chutney can be made a day in advance and kept in the fridge.
  • Start placing the thinly sliced cucumbers and layer across one slice.
  • Then arrange the thinly sliced onion on top of the cucumber.
  • Next, add some thinly sliced tomato on top.
  • Sprinkle some chat masala, black salt, and black pepper powder evenly over the vegetables.
  • Again make a layer of the veggies.
  • Sprinkle again chat masala, black salt, and black pepper powder.
  • Top with the other buttered slice of bread and press down lightly with your hand.
  • Make all the sandwich like this.
  • Slice the sandwich in rectangles or triangles.
  • Serve masala sandwich with some chips or tomato ketchup.
