CARROT BEETROOT JUICE RECIPE
Ingredients
- 4 carrot (peeled & chopped)
- 1/2 beetroot (peeled & chopped)
- 1/2 inch ginger (peeled & chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Collect all the required ingredients.
- Wash carrot and beetroot in running water first and peel off the skin using a peeler, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Take a mixer and add chopped beetroot, carrot and ginger.
- Now squeeze lemon over it.
- Add salt and black pepper powder.
- Then add 1/2 cup water.
- Blend it well until smooth.
- Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour prepared mixture over it. You can also use a cheesecloth to strain the juice.
- Strain it and press the mixture with a spatula to get maximum juice out of it. Discard the pulp.
- Carrot Beetroot Juice is ready for serving.
- Serve and drink it immediately to get maximum nutrients.

- Serve the juice fresh and consume it immediately.
- If you don’t like ginger then skip it and make it plain juice.

- Add 1-stick of celery and 1/2 apple for variation.
