Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 small size potato boiled and peeled
  • 6-7 golgappas/papris
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled black chana
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Regular salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp nylon sev

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Take a bowl and roughly chop the boiled potatoes.
  • Now add finely chopped onions and boiled black chana.
  • Then add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Add spice powders like- salt, black salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin powder.
  • Mix until everything is evenly combined. Use a light hand so that you don’t mash the potatoes.
  • After this pour tamarind pulp, green chutney, and lemon juice.
  • Just before serving, crush gol gappas between the palms of your hand and add to the bowl.
  • Mix lightly. We want them to remain chunky.
  • Place it on a paper bowl just like the roadside phuchkawala.
  • Sprinkle some sev and coriander leaves. Your churmur is now ready.
  • Serve immediately as the wet ingredients will turn the crushed phuchkas/ gol gappas soggy.

How To Make Churmur Chaat (Step By Step Instructions With Photos) :

1. Collect all the required ingredients.

2. Take a bowl and roughly chop the boiled potatoes.

3. Now add finely chopped onions and boiled black chana.

4. Then add chopped green chilli and coriander leaves.

5. Add spice powders like- salt, black salt, red chilli powder, and roasted cumin powder.

6. Mix until everything is evenly combined. Use a light hand so that you don’t mash the potatoes.

7. After this pour tamarind pulp, green chutney, and lemon juice.
