recipe notes for Chutney fireballs :

  1. Here in this recipe, I have prepared to fill in a handy chopper u can use mixer grinder also but make sure if you using grinding jar do not add onion with chilies and leaves.
  2. I have used rice flour in the potato mixture. You can use maida also.
  3. Make sure that balls are smooth with no open ends before frying.
  4. Fry Chutney fireballs at a low medium heat.
  5. Do not fry them over a low flame, it will make them soggy and absorb too much
    oil.
  6. Adding cheese is optional in the recipe, you can make it without cheese also.
