Falahari Cheela Recipe

Falahari Cheela recipe with step by step photos and video recipe – is a snack prepared from the mix of grated potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, and few spices. This is a very good breakfast recipe. Everyone would love this quick recipe.

Potato cheela can be prepared instantly with minimum ingredients and this is a famous kids recipe. This is made by grating the potatoes and mixing it with few ingredients then spreading over on a hot nonstick pan just like dosa.

Aloo cheela recipe can be prepared within minutes and yet it tastes better than it. This can be served with any chutney or plain curd.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium size raw potatoes
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 coriander leaves chopped
  • Rock salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Desi ghee

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Peel, wash the potatoes thoroughly and soak them in water. Use small side holes grater for shredding the potato.
  • Take one potato and grate the potato as fine as possible.
  • Grate all the potatoes as well.
  • After grating is done, add rest of the ingredients like rock salt, black pepper powder, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix it well.
  • Heat a pan at medium flame and spread 1 tsp desi ghee on it.
  • Take a tablespoon full of potato mixture over a hot pan.
  • Spread in round shape with 1/2 cm thickness with the help of a spoon.
  • Just spread evenly into circular motion, keeping it little thick. Don’t try to spread too much as the cheelas will break.
  • Make 3-4 mini cheelas depending on the size of the pan.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Cheela has turned slightly brown from the bottom.
  • Flip the side and roast the cheela from another side as well until it gets a little brown in color.
  • Let it roast from the other side as well until it gets golden brown spots.
  • When potato cheela is aptly roasted from both the sides, take it on a plate.
  • Likewise, prepare the rest of the cheela.
  • Serve falahari cheela with vrat ki chutney or plain curd.

How To Make Falahari Cheela (Step By Step Instructions With Photos) :

1. Collect all the required ingredients.

2. Peel, wash the potatoes thoroughly and soak them in water. Use small side holes grater for shredding the potato.
