Fiery Rings | Crispy Evening Snack | Homemade Delicious Snack

Fiery Rings  are very tasty snack recipe, packed with delicious flavor and will leave you asking for more.  It tastes irresistible with crispy on the outside and tender inside.

The rings are made from slices of onion and tomato , coated with spicy batter, bread crumbs and deep-fried until golden-brown.

These tasty fried rings makes an excellent appetizer or side dish.  You can also try any seasoning blend that you like to add extra flavor to it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 3 tbsp Gram Flour Besan
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Combine the besan, rice flour, salt, garam masala and 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Pour in the sufficient water to make a thick batter and whisk unitl well combined.
  • The batter should coat the back of a spoon evenly thin.
  • Slice the large onions carefully into circles and separate the rings. Ensure they are whole and not broken.
  • Likewise separate the middle portion from tomato.
  • Now assemble all the things.
  • Take bread crumbs in a plate or broad bowl.Combine the rest of the chilli flakes into breadcrumbs and mix it well.
  • Dip each ring in the batter
  • Coat each dipped onion ring with the bread crumb and arrange in the another plate.
  • Likewise done with tomatoes also.
  • Heat oil and put flame to low medium.
  • Fry the rings in medium flame until golden, turning once in between. Oil heat should be moderate, otherwise it will be darkening soon and wont be crispy.
  • Drain and allow excess oil to soak on a kitchen paper.
  •  Irresistible &  Crunchy fiery Rings  are ready. Serve hot with ketchup and tea.

how to make Fiery Rings  step by step photo :

1.Collect all the required ingredients.

recipe notes for Fiery Rings :

  • Onion and tomato should be sliced in correct thickness. Not too thin, not too thick.
  • To make fresh bread crumbs, just tear bread slices roughly and grind for 30 seconds in a mixer.
  • Use fresh bread crumb for best result. Dry ones will not be that useful in this recipe.
