Whenever you feel like eating crusty and tempting kachoris, then just boil some potatoes, knead dough and prepare the stuffing to make kachoris. Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Boiled & Peeled Potato
  • 200 gms Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3-4 Green Chilli finely Chopped
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 500 litre Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Firstly,take a bowl grate all the potatoes using grater.
  • Furthermore, add whole wheat flour,green chillies,coriander leaves,kasoori methi and spice powders like salt,red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients by rubbing it between fingers.
  • Shape them into the dough and grease it with oil,knead the dough again.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and rolled them into small balls.
  • Take a small ball between the palms and lightly press it with fingers to make a small disk.
  • Do the same with the remaining parts.
  • Additionally, put the pan to heat,turn on flame. Oil should be medium hot.
  • Drop them in the oil by one by one and after dropping it leave it for 30 sec.Keep the flame low medium. Keep making and frying them. Make sure you put them to fry one by one.
  • When fried and ready, Take out the kachoris. Hold the ladle over the edge of wok, so that the extra oil drains back. keep in a plate. Fry and prepare all kachoris likewise.
  • Steaming hot and Aloo Kachoris is ready to be relished. Have as snacks during evenings. It can be served as brunch also.

1.Collect all the required ingredients.
