I made pizza sandwich on tawa as I felt it becomes crisper on the tawa rather than the sandwich toaster. But you can also make it in a sandwich toaster, it still tastes delicious. If you are making it on tawa make sure you cook it on low heat otherwise the cheese will not melt and sandwich will not taste that good.

Veg Pizza sandwich recipe | how to make grilled veg pizza sandwich
- 4 slice of bread
- 2 tbsp sweet corn boiled
- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 slice of cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp butter
- Collect all the required ingredients.
- Take a bread slice and spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce.
- Place a slice of cheese over the pizza sauce.
- Then top with vegetables (onion, sweet corn, onion, capsicum).
- Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
- Now take another bread slice and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce.
- Place the bread slice facing pizza sauce on bottom and press gently.
- Heat 1/2 tsp butter on nonstick tawa.
- Place prepared sandwich on the tawa.
- Roast the sandwich with butter on both sides on low flame.
- Cut the pizza sandwich into the half.
- Serve this lip-smacking and cheesy pizza sandwich hot.
