Maggi masala noodles is an instant noodles recipe prepared with Maggi noodles and Maggi tastemaker with vegetables and spices. It is a popular instant breakfast recipe with several variations to it, but this post describes the street style Maggi recipe.

One of the most popular and widely accepted noodles recipe in India with dry spices and Maggi tastemaker. Indian Maggi noodles are not just liked by the kids, but the fan following varies to bachelors, working couple and even adult parents.

MAGGI MASALA NOODLES RECIPE
Ingredients
For Maggi noodles:
- 2 packet Maggi single (105 gms)
- 2 packet Maggi tastemaker masala (available in Maggi packet itself)
- 4 cup water
For Maggi masala noodles:
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes finely chopped
- 3 tbsp carrot finely chopped
- 3 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
preparing and boiling the noodles:
- Collect all the required ingredients.
- Start by boiling the noodles first. Boil noodles by either following the instructions given on the package or follow the instructions given below.
- Boil the 4 cups of water in a deep vessel.
- Once water is mild hot It will take about 1 minute, add the Maggi noodles.
- We need to let it cook until the noodles would be soft, not mushy. It may take 2-3 minutes.
- Once the noodles become soft, turn off the flame and drain the cooked noodles in a colander.
- Noodles are ready to use. Keep it aside.
making the masala noodles:
- Heat the 1 tbsp butter in a wok on low heat.
- Once butter melts, add onions and roast them for 1 minute or until onions turn pink in color on medium flame.
- Add green chilies, carrot, and capsicum and sauté for a minute.
- Then add tomatoes and saute them only for a few seconds (Do not overcook them).
- Now add coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, and 2 sachets maggi masala.
- Mix very well and stir continuously so that masala does not burn.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and let the masala and water get heated through.
- Add the cooked noodles.
- Mix and toss the noodles with the stir-fried veggies till noodles are coated with masala well (do not overmix, otherwise, the noodles start to break and get mushy).
- Maggi Masala noodles are ready. Switch off the flame.
- Serve Maggi masala noodles steaming hot to a serving plate and garnish these Maggi noodles with coriander leaves and grated cheese.

- You should now have the ingredients ready before starting the recipe process.
- Maggi should be consumed hot and fresh. There is no use of refrigeration as it just solidifies into a hard Maida roll after losing its moisture.
