Quick & Easy Sandwich Recipe

The recipe can be served as tiffin box snack for both kids and adults. Moreover, the recipe is completely open-ended and can be prepared with choice of veggies. It is an easy and tasty recipe when it comes to our daily breakfast. especially during the busy weekdays, we have to prepare both breakfast and pack the lunch boxes in a short window.

The best I like most about this recipe is the variation you can introduce. the recipe can easily mix and match with a choice of veggies and you would not get bored easily.

A perfect sandwich recipe with both vegetarian and nonvegetarian ways to prepare. Sandwiches are great for breakfast, brunch, tiffin or an evening snacking option. The perfectly balanced combo of health and taste!

You can keep the green chutney ready overnight and make sure you have bought all the required groceries. Assemble them quickly and pack them in a tiffin box, we are sure it will stay fresh for 3-4 hours.

Serving suggestion: Serve this quick and easy sandwich as a snack or tiffin box. you can serve this sandwich with tomato ketchup, green chutney or your choice of dip.

QUICK & EASY SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients
  

  • 4 White Bread
  • 1 small Boiled & Peeled Potato
  • 1 small Onion Chopped
  • 1 small Tomato Chopped Seedless
  • 3 tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for Cooking

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Take a bowl in a bowl such as mashed potato, onion, tomato, cheese, coriander leaves, green chili, salt, chat masala.
  • Mix these ingredients well and prepare a mixture.
  • The mixture is ready and keeps it aside.
  • Take two bread pieces together and use Katori to cut the bread in the round shape by pressing Katori edges on the bread.
  • Spread enough tomato ketchup on one of the bread and on other bread spread green chutney.
  • Take the mixture that we prepared in step 3 and place aloo mixture on one of the bread.
  • Place the bread slice facing mixture on bottom and press gently.
  • Heat a non-stick tawa add butter and place the bread slice on it.
  • Roast the bread slice on the low-medium flame from both sides till are golden brown in color.
  • Take the roasted bread off the tawa and prepare another bread snack like this.
  • Cut them into desired shapes. I have cut them into two pieces.
  • The snack is ready to serve.  Serve these tasty and easy bread snack with tomato ketchup, green chutney.

how to make quick lunchbox sandwich ( step by step directions with pictures) :

1. Collect all the required ingredients.

recipe notes :

  • You can also use bread without cutting.
  • If you want to make it tasty and spicy, you can also add lemon juice and chili flakes to it.
  • Use white bread or brown bread of your choice.
  • Top with vegetables of your choice like sweet corn, capsicum or paneer.
  • Snack tastes great when served hot.
