  • Then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Now top it up with papdi green chutney as much as you want on every papdi.
  • After this, add red chilli chutney as much as you want on every papdi.
  • Similarly, add sweet tamarind chutney. If you are preparing this chaat for kids then add a little more quantity of this chutney to reduce overall spiciness of sev puri chaat.
  • Sprinkle some black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder on top of the papdis.
  • Drizzle some drops of lemon juice on top of the papdis.
  • Top with a generous amount of nylon sev over each papdi.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve sev puri chaat immediately to get the crispy taste of papdi and sev with chutneys.

Notes

  • Add finely chopped green raw green mango for delicious tongue tickling tang.
  • Adjust the quantity of chutneys to your taste.
  • Make sure you make all the chutneys thick, they can be thinned down when needed. This prevents the papdis from turning too soft quickly.
  • This is a healthy choice for all those planning to lose some weight.
  • You can add your choice of veggies as toppings with some chutney and sev.
  • We need to make all three chutneys – coriander chutney, tamarind date chutney, red chilli chutney. You can prepared them a day before. Store then in container and refrigerate it. Use next day while making chaat. All the chutneys stays good for a week in fridge. So plan ahead of time to make it easier.
