How To Make Leftover Sugar Syrup (Step By Step Instructions With Photos):

1. Collect all the required ingredients.

2. In a tall serving glass add 4 tsp green color sugar syrup.

3. Now add mint leaves, lemon wedges. If you want you can also add lemon juice to make more sour.

4, Muddle/crush (or use back of the large wooden spoon).using a muddler or a spoon.

5. Muddle only for 10 seconds or so such that the mint releases its essential oils.

6. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

7. Now top with your choice of bubbling drink like club soda, sparkling water, sprite or ginger ale.

8. Make all this drink like this using leftover sugar syrup.

9. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve immediately.
