Papdi Pizza Bites recipe with a detailed photo and video recipe – is a very easy and quick snack that is prepared using papdi , veggies, and cheese.

  • 7 homemade papdi
  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • Oregano as required
  • Chilli flakes as required
  • Nylon sev as required


preparing the topping for pizza bites :

  • Collect all the required ingredients.
  • Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, and tomato in a bowl.
  • Then add tomato ketchup and chaat masala.
  • Now add half of the oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Mix it well.

making papdi pizza bites :

  • Place a papdi on a clean dry surface or board.
  • Spread a tsp of prepared topping on each papdi.
  • Prepare all the papdi’s this way.
  • Then add grated mozzarella cheese on top of each papdi.
  • Heat pan on a low flame and apply some butter in it.
  • Place these prepared papdi’s in the pan.
  • Cover the lid and cook it on low flame until cheese melts.
  • It will take around 2-3 minutes to get ready in a pan depends upon the thickness and quality of the pan.
  • Once the cheese melts, turn off the flame.
  • Take out the papdi from the pan and transfer it to a plate.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala, oregano, and chilli flakes.
  • Then sprinkle some sev on top.
  • Serve immediately papdi pizza bites as a appetizer or as a snack.


  • You can change topping as per your choice as you can also use boiled corn in the topping.
  • You can also use pizza sauce instead of tomato ketchup.
  • Serve the snack immediately after preparation or it will get soggy. 
  • You need to be careful while assembling. Don’t make this recipe prior if you are not serving it immediately after making. The main reason behind this is, your papdi will become soggy due to the moisture of vegetables.
  • Adjust the spices and seasonings as per your taste.
