CORN CHEESE SANDWICH RECIPE
corn cheese sandwich
boiled sweet corn
onion finely chopped
tomato finely chopped
capsicum finely chopped
Salt to taste
mozzarella cheese grated
Collect all the required ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn, capsicum, tomato, onion, chili flakes, and salt.
Then add grated cheese.
Mix well combining all the ingredients well. Keep aside.
Take your bread slice and apply butter over a bread slice.
Arrange the corn cheese stuffing over the buttered bread slice. The stuffing should be on the higher side so make a thick layer.
Again take another bread slice spread butter over it.
Cover on top with the slice of bread and press it gently.
Heat a non-stick tawa and melt butter on hot tawa on medium heat.
Once hot place the sandwich on the tawa.
Lower the flame, grill till sandwich is golden brown in color and press down the bread slices with a spatula.
Toast until the sandwich crisp from both sides and has a nice brown color.
Once done, cut into triangles to serve.
Serve the hot corn cheese toast with tomato sauce or some cheesy dip.
