COCONUT BREAD ROLLS RECIPE
Coconut Bread rolls are easiest and a quick sweet dessert prepared in no time.We often have bread available at our homes.
White Bread slices
+ 2 tbsp Water
drops Gulab jal
Oil for frying
A pinch of salt
Collect all the required ingredients.
Take bread slices and cut the edges.
Prepare all the bread like this.
Roll the bread slices until very flat.
Cut the bread slices into two halves vertically.
Starting on one side, roll up the bread slice until tight and seal it by pinching the corners.
Repeat with the second bread slice.
Prepare all the rolls like this.
Just before frying the rolls, we prepare sugar syrup.
Take a pan add sugar and water.
Mix well and bring it to a boil on medium flame.
Now we need to cook it on medium flame until it becomes slightly
may takes 3-4 minutes. We are making just the simple syrup, no looking for any string consistency.
Sugar Syrup is ready. Set it aside to slightly cool down.
Heat oil in a broad pan on high flame and sprinkle some salt in it so that bread does not absorbs too much oil.
Deep fry the prepared bread roll into hot oil on low flame. Make sure to fry in hot oil, else bread will absorb oil and turn soggy.
Stir and fry occasionally on low flame till it turns golden brown.
Drain out the fried bread rolls on kitchen paper towel and let them cool down a bit.
Check the sugar syrup whether it cools down or not.After cooling add few drops of gulab jal in sugar syrup for flavuring.
Then drop those bread rolls to the syrup.
Keep aside for 1-2 minutes. With this the bread rolls will soak the syrup and will turn sweet.
After 2 minutes, take bread rolls and roll them in desiccated coconut. You can serve these rolls as it also.
Serve this mouth-drooling and super delicious bread rolls as a dessert and relish eating.
