Instructions
preparing stuffing for the sandwich :
Collect all the required ingredients.
In a bowl take the carrots, cabbage, and tomato.
Add salt and black pepper powder.
Then add eggless mayonnaise.
Mix well making sure everything is combined well.
making mayonnaise sandwich :
To make sandwiches, take the bread slices.
Trim the edges of the bread. These slice bread edges can be pulsed or ground to breadcrumbs. You can skip this step of slicing the edges of the bread also.
Spread butter generously, so that the sandwiches do not get soggy. Butter must be soft so that it can be applied on slices. If packing the sandwiches for tiffin box or picnics, then spread a generous amount of butter, so that the bread does not become soggy.
Now spread veg mayonnaise stuffing on the bread slice.
Cover with another buttered bread.
Similarly, make the other sandwich.
Slice the mayo sandwiches in rectangles or triangles or small squares.
Serve this mayonnaise sandwich as a breakfast or snack.
Notes
If you want you can toast bread slices on taw or toaster and then apply the prepared mayo stuffing.
You can add veggies of your choices like sweet corn, cucumber, celery.
We have used white bread for making these sandwiches, but you can also use brown bread.
Do not prepare the veggie-mayo mixture in advance, as the salt added cause veggies to lose moisture, making the spread a watery mess.
If packing it for later(lunch, picnic) then avoid watery vegetables like tomatoes and cucumber.
